Sittingbourne Football Club Building for the 2026 -2027 season

Sittingbourne’s player management team are allready active in player recruitment for the coming season.
Jack Steventon has decided to move to a new club after making 157 appearances for the club and scoring 20 goals in that time.
Players who have commited to the club for the new season are goalkeeper, Jamie Grossart, Joe Boachie , D’sean Theobalds, Darren Foxley, Harvey Smith, Jean-Baptiste Fischer, Gavin Hoyte, Luke Woodward and Captain Bagasan Graham. New signings so far are forwards, Jordy Mongoy, Kieron Agbebi and defenders, Skye Salmon and Dexter Peter

Jordy Mongoy
The 27-year-old versatile attacker joins from Isthmian League Premier Division Cray Wanderers who finished a respectable seventh place last campaign. Jordy is predominantly a winger, however he can play along the front line and in the middle of the attack when called upon.
Mongoy brings plenty of experience at National League North, National League South and Isthmian Premier Division to the Staxson Stadium.
Having started his career in the youth ranks of Dagenham & Redbridge, Jordy then went on to play for no less than 17 sides at a very respectable non-league level. Those teams include Whitehawk, Billericay Town, Hastings United, Lewes, Bishops Stortford, IK Gauthiod in Sweden, Bognor Regis, Walton Casuals, Hemel Hempstead Town, Wealdstone, Farnborough, Chatham Town, Hanwell Town, and most recently Cray Wanderers.
In the 2024/25 campaign, Jordy scored six goals in 22 appearances for Hanwell Town in the Isthmian League Premier South as his side reached the FA Trophy Third Round. Hanwell Town would be knocked out of the FA Trophy by Jordy’s youth side Dagenham & Redbridge; however, Jordy had since moved to Cray Wanderers having made his last appearance for his former side in mid-December. In late-December Jordy joined the side that he knocked out of the FA Cup with Hanwell Town at the First Qualifying Round back in September having scored twice against the Wanderes in the original tie before winning 1-0 in the Replay.
At Cray Wanderers, he scored three goals in 19 appearances in the Isthmian League Premier Division as his side finished just outside the Play-offs in seventh place.
Skye Salmon
Skye played under manager Reece Prestedge at Margate. Before signing for Margate he played for Billericay under-23s.When he signed for Margate, Reece said “Skye is quite a comfortable centre-back on the ball but puts his foot in when it’s needed”. After leaving Hartsdown Skye played for Glebe. He has also featured for Herne Bay..
Jamie Grossart
Young 23-year-old goalkeeper Jamie Grossart joins Sittingbourne for a second successive season having joined the Brickies back in December 2025. Jamie added to the storybook of on-loan goalkeepers getting injured whilst at Sittingbourne when he was on the wrong end of a serious head injury in March when an Erith Town attacker collided with ‘keeper.
Jamie started his career at Southend United, AFC Bournemouth and Colchester United’s youth academies before going on to play for Harlow, Maldon & Tiptree, Hashtag United, Aveley and Wingate & Finchley.
D’sean Theobalds
D’sean Theobalds signs on for another season at Sittingbourne as he looks to add to the 82 previous appearances for the Brickies.
The 30-year-old versatile midfielder made his debut for the club in August 2023 and has gone on to score 7 goals in those 82 appearances, 40 of those appearances came last season as he was a mainstay in the Sittingbourne side under the previous manager and current manager Reece Prestedge.
Theobalds possesses plenty of experience having played at Redbridge, AE Prat (Spain), Barkingside, Leatherhead, Concord Rangers, Tonbridge Angels, Korona Kielce (Poland), Unia Tarnow (Poland), Dartford, Welling United, Kingstonian and Bedford Town.
Joe Boachie:
Versatile attacker Joe Boachie signs on for a third consecutive season at the Brickies.
The 26-year-old attacker made his debut in August 2024, becoming a fan favourite throughout the 2024/25 season with his 11 goals in 40 appearances as the Brickies reached the FA Trophy Quarterfinal before being denied promotion in the Play-off Final despite finishing the season with 101 points.
Boachie, along with a lot of the squad from 2024/25 would move on to Step Three clubs. However, Joe would return to the Brickies in November after spells at Aveley and Cambridge City and would score 7 goals in 14 Sittingbourne appearances before his season was cut short due to injury.
Joe’s previous clubs include Grays Athletic, Concorn Rangers, Potters Bar Town, Braintree Town, Kingstonian, Hungerford Town, Tonbridge Angels, Royston Town, Hastings United, Folkestone Invicta, Wingate & Finchley, Broadbridge Heath, Aveley and Cambridge City.
Boachie will be desperate to add to his 18 goals in 60 appearances in the upcoming 2026/27 campaign.
Darren Foxley
Attacking midfielder, Darren Foxley signs on for a second successive season at the Brickies.
The 29-year-old joined last summer under previous management, Darren was one of the shining lights and many have
claimed he was unlucky not to win the Player of the Year award.
Foxley scored 7 goals in 42 appearances as the Brickies would qualify for the Play-offs for a
third consecutive season despite a strange campaign for the club before losing in the semi-
finals.
Despite the revolving door of attackers under previous management, a change in manager
in November, an extended season with an FA Trophy run and a January period where four
games were postponed, the experience of the 29-year-old attacker shone through which
made him a fans favourite amongst the Sittingbourne faithful.
Foxley has also played for Charlton Athletic, West Ham United and Dagenham & Redbridge
youth setups before going on to play for Barkingside, Sobham Town Rangers, Cambridge
City, Bishops Stortford, St Albans City, East Thurrock United, Woodford Town, Billericay
Town Hashtag United.
Harvey Smith
Harvey Smith signs on for a second season at the Staxson Stadium.
The attacker signed for Sittingbourne on a season long from Kent rivals Whitstable Town for
the 2025/26 season following a remarkable 2024/25 campaign with the Oystermen.
Coming off the back of winning the club’s golden boot award and scoring the match-winning
goal at Wembley as Whitstable went on to lift the FA Vase, Smith had a difficult start life with
the Brickies at the Staxson Stadium.
Within a month of the season started Harvey had suffered a broken collarbone which left the
attacker out for almost two months, by the time he had returned in early November, a return
to the club from fan favourites Troy Howard (loan) and Henry Sinai would mean getting back
into the side would be difficult with the two wingers scoring 33 goals between them last
campaign.
Within days of his return to the side as a substitute, a change in management came by mid-
November, and with that Troy Howard also left. In came Reece Prestedge as manager, and
a mixture of starts and sub appearances would follow as new manager Prestedge was
playing catch up as the previous manager had claimed that he was aiming to win promotion
but instead left the club 12 th in the table in mid-November.
Despite not starting every game, Harvey proved to be a valuable asset to the squad as the
attacker’s versatility gave health competition to the likes of Henry Sinai, Darren Foxley and
Derek Asamoah who all had an excellent campaign despite the strange season the club had.
By the end of the 2025/26 campaign, Smith had scored 6 goals in 34 appearances (15
starts, 19 sub appearances).
Smith has also played for Dartford, Ramsgate, Margate, Glebe and Whitstable Town – where
he won the FA Vase with in 2025.
Jean-Baptiste Fischer
Another quality player retained by Sittingbourne.
Midfielder, Jean-Baptiste, started his career at Paris St Germaine Academy where went on captain the Under 19 side and playing in the same youth teams as Christopher Nkunku. He then moved to the USA for his studies where he played for Georgetown university before playing for Swansea University. The Frenchman has also played for Wycombe Wanderers, Braintree, Oxford City and Hayes & Yeading before he joined Sittingbourne in 2023, and has since made 55 appearances and scored 15 goals for the club. Some of his goals have been truly spectacular with one from last season shown on ITV Meridian.
Gavin Hoyte
The experienced defender joined the Brickies from Folkestone Invicta last season. From starting his career at Arsenal at the age of 9 and featuring 3 times for Trinidad & Tobago, Gavin has appeared in the football league for Gillingham, Brighton, Dagenham & Redbridge, Lincoln City and Barnet. Gavin captained Maidstone United during their National League South title winning campaign making over 150 appearances for the club in his 5 seasons with the Stones.
Kieron Agbebi
Welcome to The Brickies, forward, 21 years old Kieron Agbebi. He joined the Dover Athletic Academy in July 2021 and was promoted to the first team in March 2022. Agbebi was part of Dover Athletic’s under-19 squad that won the National League South title. In August 2023, he signed a professional deal with Gillingham FC, where he featured in the club’s ‘B’ team before returning to Dover. After a serious injury in the 24/25 season he went on loan to Hythe Town.
In July 2025, he joined Margate on a season-long loan. After three goals in 17 appearances (though he only started one match), Kieron was recalled by Dover in January 2026 who then loaned him to Sheppey United in January 2026.
Khavarn Williams
Kharvan ia 23 years old Centre Forward. He has played for Canterbury City and Lingfield. Last season he played for Chislehurst Glebe FC.
Luke Woodward
Midfielder, Luke, is back for his 4th consecutive season with us. He made his debut at the beginning of the 2023-2024 season in an FA Cup tie against Jersey Bulls. He made 32 appearances in his debut season winning the Player of the Year Award in 2024.
A long-term injury, sustained towards the back end of the 2023/24, campaign saw the industrious midfielder out for twelve months until March 2025 but he still managed to squeeze in 9 games as Sittingbourne missed out on promotion courtesy of the dreaded penalty shootout in the Play-off Final.
The 2025/26 campaign saw Woodward a key member of the squad, mustering up 47 appearances .
In total, at the end of last season, his total appearances are 87 and he has scored 6 goals.
He has also played for Grays Athletic, Brightlingsea Regent, Saffron Waldon, Frenford..
Bagasan Graham
Club captain Bagasan Graham extends his spell with the Brickies.
Skipper Graham returns for a fifth consecutive season and add to his 144 games for the
club.
Having made his debut for the club in October 2022, Graham has been a driving force
behind the Brickies’ recent history which saw a historic FA Trophy win, accumulating 101
League points in a campaign, and reaching three consecutive play-off finishes.
Before joining the Brickies in 2022, the left-back played for Queens Park Rangers, Boreham
Wood, Cheltenham Town, Telford United, Gloucester City, Chelmsford City, Dulwich Hamlet,
Ebbsfleet United, Dagenham & Redbridge, Romford, Dartford and Billericay Town.
Dexter Peter
Centre Back, Dexter Peter, joins Sittingbourne as manager Reece Prestedge strengthens the Brickies’
defence.
He has a wealth of Isthmian League experience having played
in both the South East Division and the Premier Division.
Peter spent last campaign in the South East Division with Erith Town and Faversham Town,
scoring three goals in 45 appearances (28 Erith appearances, 17 Faversham appearances).
Before joining the Brickies, Dexter Peter played for Norwich and Millwall at youth level before
going on to play for Merstham, Chelmsford City, Colchester United, Concord Rangers,
Maldon & Tiptree, Thurrock, Coggeshall Town, Grays Athletic, Hullbridge Sports, Wingate &
Finchley, Bowers & Pitsea, Phoenix Sports, Saffron Waldon Town, VCD Athletic, Erith Town
and Faversham Town.
