After our first friendly of the season against AFC Greenwich Borough we play at home again on Tuesday. Our visitors from the SCEFL Premier Division are Snodland Town.

Snodland Town have had a number of different names since thay were founded as a boys club. In those days thay were known as Snodland Minors and were founded in 1948.  For the 1956-57 season thay introduced a mens team in the Maidstone & District League Then a stint in the Rochester League was followed by a return to the Maidstone & District League. A move was then made to the Kent County Football League. The badge shows 2012. That is the year that Snodland became Snodland Nomads when they amalgamated with a local junior team of that name.  The club remained in the Kent County Fooball League until the end of the 2025-16 season when they joined the newly formed Division One of the Southern Counties East League. Promotion to the Premier Division was achieved in the 2022-23 season.  Last season they finished 12th out of the 19 clubs in the division.

I may be wrong but I dont believe we have ever played Snodland Town.
